Order Processing Specialist

Greater Pittsburgh Specialty Advertising (GPSA) is looking for an Order Processing Specialist to join our Inside Sales Team. If you are a well-organized self-starter with customer service and customer order processing experience and some background working with customized product, this job might just be for you!

We're a busy, growing apparel decorator and custom team sports outfitter, with in-house screen printing, embroidery and other decorating operations. For over 25 years, we've delivered high quality products and exceptional support to schools, organizations and businesses across Western Pennsylvania and beyond.

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years Customer Service / Order Processing / Inside Sales experience.
• Exceptional phone, computer and organizational skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills. Effective communicator with a positive attitude and demeanor.
• Software proficiency with a working knowledge of MS Office products, especially Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Experience entering and maintaining orders in an ERP (manufacturing software) system would be highly desirable.
• Able to multi-task, providing outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment while meeting project deadlines.
• Attention to detail, with a passion for making sure things are right.
• Experience with artwork, Adobe Illustrator or working with printed or customized apparel or promotional products is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and attendance.

Job Duties:

• Must be available Monday - Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
• Respond promptly and effectively to customer e-mails.
• Assist customers with new and repeat orders for printed, embroidered and other customized products. Includes, but not limited to pricing, product details and order entry payment.
• Follow up on past due accounts as needed.
• Interact effectively with others, in the office and in production.
• Other duties may be assigned, especially during peak busy times.
• Support fellow team members.

Salary: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour to start.
